Information:
Salary range: $2,800 - $3,500
5 Day work (Mon-Fri) 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Eastlink at Bedok area
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- General administrative work.
- To cooperate and coordinate with other departments, supplier/constractor and customers effectively.
- Answering phone calls from customers/suppliers.
- Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into system.
- Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Handle Expatriate Management (work pass application annual leave/salary/medical/education submissions to HQ, etc.).
- Liaise with government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, and CPF, while ensuring smooth internal employee communication
- Perform fullset of accounts, preparation of audit schedules etc
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Min relavant Diploma & above with at least 3 years accounting relevant experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and proficiency with Mircosoft offices
- Experience in Renovation or Construction trade is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, possess in a keen eye for details
- Able to work independently
