RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with TP’s internal marketing, creative teams to shoot, edit and produce inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching Corporate Communications objectives
• Develop and create content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness(creative & copy) editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), TikTok content
• Audit and analyse social media presence, engagement, following, analyse social trends and data and measure success of social media campaigns to justify the value of social media in building the brand
• Devise social media messaging through copy and visual elements, in synergy with wider brand marketing campaigns, storytelling, events and activations.
• Ensure content created is optimised for platforms and adhering to best practice
• Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.
• Take an active role in driving and managing community management across all platforms (proactive and reactive)
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual social media report
PREREQUISITES
• Good, recognised diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Communication Design or Graphic Design-related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• At least three years of relevant working experience as a social media content creator, social media manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms, principally: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn and Telegram
• Must have a creative eye and working knowledge of image editing, artwork creation and video production (camera work and post production)
• Solid understanding of social media trends, technologies and best practice and how they impact brand perception and performance
• Ability to multi-task and project manage various tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills – should be able to work both independently and in a team environment with people at all levels
