Role and Responsibilites
Plan and organize to ensure daily Warehouse operations meets expectation and delivery timeline.
• Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched.
• Enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety.
• Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing.
• Manage customer complaints and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts.
• Manage manpower deployment and arrange for overtime when the need arises.
• Good control of stock inventory accuracy and accountability.
• Identify and schedule training for the warehouse administration staff.
- Responsible to delivery & operations emergencies during stores operating hours and capability to create processes for weekends / PHs
- Handle aftersales service enquiries and defective items to ensure smooth process of the customers' repairs or products sent back to HQ
- Coordinate between suppliers, contractors and marketing & VM team for events organisation and VM installations
- Request and check invoices from suppliers / contractors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary items when needed
- Generate monthly performance reports
- Provide administrative support and manage daily office/frontline operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Perform any other work duties as and when assigned by superior.
- Address issues promptly, maintain operational standards, and enhance processes for optimal efficiency.
Requirements
- At least Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations role,would be good if its in Luxury retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word,Excel,etc.)
- Good understanding on retail, warehousing & logistic work process
