We will be establishing a small & agile ‘strategy’ team to run 3 priorities:
- Marketing: Build an Engagement Engine to drive high-quality MQL’s
- Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives & decisions to create scalability and value
- Partners: Structure and deploy a Partner program so partners help us scale
Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on creating and executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing strategies to build long-term awareness and drive high-level interest in our SaaS products and services.
You will be responsible for generating demand online, expanding our reach, and improving the brand’s visibility in the marketplace. This role emphasizes strategic campaigns across multiple channels, including content marketing, events, paid advertising, and partnerships, aimed at educating and engaging potential customers at various stages of the buying process. She/he will report to the Swat Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Develop demand-generation strategies and campaigns that create brand awareness and generate market demand for our products.
- Content Development: Build compelling content and marketing assets, including blog articles, news, case studies, and thought leadership articles. Our Sales, our Products and our Services will be your source for all content
- LinkedIn Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that drive traffic growth based on companies, contacts, and target audiences identified
- Integrated Marketing: Lead the development of integrated marketing programs, leveraging digital channels such as social media, content marketing, and webinars to drive engagement.
- Campaign Development: Create high-impact, large-scale campaigns that educate potential customers and nurture them from awareness through consideration stages.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on campaign metrics such as brand engagement, website traffic, and customer interaction across touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role in SaaS Companies or Tech companies.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Able to develop and implement effective marketing programs tailored to the local requirements faced in different markets.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data and optimize based on insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a flexible approach to meet changing demands and deadlines.
