Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing
· Develop and execute strategies to position and enhance SCDT’s branding.
· Create comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and strategic initiatives to boost awareness, audience engagement, and student enrolment for SCDT’s programmes.
· Drive marketing efforts for membership, sponsorship, partnerships, and fundraising activities.
2. Programmes & Engagement
· Support the smooth planning and implementation of SCDT’s programmes;
· Implement targeted marketing strategies to build awareness of SCDT’s offerings;
· Engage donors, members, and patrons through programme-related activities;
· Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs); and
· Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
3. Communication
· Develop press releases and liaise with media for effective coverage;
· Communicate with stakeholders through media channels to boost awareness of SCDT and its initiatives;
· Manage SCDT’s website and digital presence; and
· Assist in collection and respond to feedback and inquiries for continuous improvement.
4. Operations
· Provide support to SCDT’s daily operations when required.
Other Duties / Tasks
· Prepare and submit marketing workplan/budget for each fiscal year;
· Manage marketing and engagement initiatives within budget and effectiveness;
· Handle administrative tasks with follow-up as needed;
· Oversee the production of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, posters, and banners; and
· Any other tasks assigned by SCDT.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Marketing / Business / Communication
· At least 2 years’ experience in marketing. Some experience in events management is a plus.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) due to operation needs.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Customer-focused, service-oriented, and able to work independently
· Able to use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), videography and Photography
