Job Purpose
· Drive all Oceanfreight Operational KPI performance of all Asia Pacific countries and support the countries in achieving their KPIs as well as the productivity and data quality benefits intended to be delivered through these KPIs.
· Drive the strategic design and change of any KPIs where needed

Main Responsibilities
· Drive Operations process and performance improvement plans with in-depth analysis and potential solution proposals as well as strategic vision to meet KPIs as well as productivity and data quality goals
· Drive the impact of process and system changes to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement
· Understand and analyse operational data and statistics to identify further opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements and operational strategic vision
· Cooperate with Global, Regional and Country Operations & Compliance teams with various analysis and process improvements and provide ad-hoc assistance to country, regional and global senior management
· Formulate innovative business and technical solutions within a strategic framework to improve operational effectiveness
· Consolidate the results of improvement projects and compose relevant report on progress and results
· Drive best practices to identified key risk areas and resolve them
· Support the design the Global landscape and strategy for operational topics within Oceanfreight
Stakeholders
· Connect with and influence other specialist departments such as, but not limited to, BPO/IT Training, BPO/IT CIS (Customer Information Services), Global Oceanfreight Operations, etc.
· Build strong, trusting cross functional relationships with DGF senior managers such as Country Oceanfreight heads and country managers, regional Oceanfreight head and Regional CEO
· Understand customer and key stakeholder interests and concerns such as Oceanfreight Operators in country, supervisors, and country management. Advise stakeholders of purpose, goals and strategy behind projects
· Provide technical and system guidance to line managers and operators
Management Responsibility
· Individual contributor who may manage some employees
· Directs the work of country level professionals and (senior) manages process and programs affecting country operational productivity and contribute direct to their bottom line
· Coach and review the work of country level professionals and operators
