Responsibilities:

• Provide chauffeuring service to the Co Director
• Ensure the car's function and cleanliness
• Aside from driving duties, attend to other adhoc tasks such as dispatch of documents to centres, urgent deliveries, running errands as required
• Follow road regulations and safety standards
• Follow up and update when the vehicle is due for service and other relevant maintenance

Other Details:

· Work day: 5 ½ day per week

· Working hours: 9am – 6pm (From Monday to Friday), 9am – 1pm (For Saturday)

• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
• Liaise with customers/consultants/project managers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule
• Update As-Built Drawings
• Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with Customers/Consultants/Sub-Contractors

· Attend to emergency/crisis and assist in emergency management and contingency planning

· Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works

· Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs

· Investigate, analyze and determine the root cause of breakdowns and faults

· Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
