Responsibilities
· Plan, organize and execute maintenance activities and ensure maintenance requirements are met at all times
· Check and ensure works are being carried out according to plan and contracts in a timely manner
· Managing in-house technicians, outsourced service partners and contractors, providing supervision and monitoring their performance
· Attend to emergency/crisis and assist in emergency management and contingency planning
· Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
· Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
· Investigate, analyze and determine the root cause of breakdowns and faults
· Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building Services or equivalent
· Possess at least 5 years’ experience in M&E / Facilities project support or management
· Strong written and communication skills
· Experienced in managing external contractors
