We’re a manufacturing firm and currently inviting an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive our new business growth in the Asia Pacific region.
- Drive market expansion in Asia Pacific markets through existing and new channels;
- Create and execute sales strategies in order to gain market share;
- Identify potential market, lead development and expansion of company's presence in strategic markets;
- Develop services and solutions based on understanding of market trends and preference of customers;
- Build and develop market penetration and go-to-market strategies;
- Understand competitor, market and industry trends and develop strategies for product positioning;
- Monitor sales numbers and forecast sales activities;
- Lead and guide regional sales teams to meet targets and strategic goals, provide guidance and motivation support.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on regional sales performance
- Work with the team to drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building
- Drive revenue growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Responsible for Regional Team profitability of the company’s P&L
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with relevant field of studies
· Min. 10 years of sales experience or in an equivalent sales management/Director role
· Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
· Ability to travel within the region as required
. Ability to communicate and report to Japan HQ, thus Knowledge of Japanese is essential.
. Experience and knowledge in Spring manufacturing will be an advantage.
