- 與採購、倉庫和車間團隊合作，確保原料的可用性，確保生產流程順利進行。
- 開發並實施 5S、精益和 TPM 等製造技術，以提高生產率並減少浪費。
- 與 EHS 團隊密切合作，解決環境影響並設定改善目標。
- 確保原料和成品的質量，將品質融入生產的每個環節。
- 領導持續改善計劃，強化公司政策並創造積極的工作環境。
- 監控設備停機時間、與維修團隊溝通並建立工作訂單來解決問題。
- 準備有關產量、良率、流程浪費和整體績效的每月生產報告。
- 創建和管理有助於持續改善想法和行動的生產實踐和流程。
任職資格：
- 化學/工程或任何相關領域的學位或文憑。
- 2-3 年主管或製造職位經驗。
- 強大的電腦技能，包括熟練使用 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint 和簡報技能。
- 優秀的人際溝通、溝通和領導能力。
- 能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作並接受新的挑戰。
