· To attend all incoming or outgoing call appropriately and courteously
· Maintain our file system,
· To handle key in account in Auto Count system.
. Need to comunicate with oversea suplier.
. Excellent computer skills especially typing.
· Maintain and update filing, mailing and documentation
· Ensure that the daily filing of records and documents are completed.
. Should be able to handle the office independently.
Requirement:
· Candidates possess at least DIPLOMA
· Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
. Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (*Mandrin is an advantage)
