My client based in Liverpool City Centre is looking to recruit Customer Service advisors to work on an inbound Customer Service campaign.

This is a hands-on on team leading role with responsibility for the day to day supervision of the Customer Service Centre (CSC), reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, and working routinely without the need for direct supervision. You need to be able to tackle problems and remove obstacles that prevent the customer accessing our services using a method that works for them.

You will therefore be working with colleagues, across the council, to deliver efficient and effective services that change and develop in line with customer needs.
