Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our ASMPT's semiconductor machine manufacturing and mold chase manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, minimize downtime, and maximize throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in mold chase methodologies.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in a leadership role within manufacturing, specifically in mold chase operations.
- Strong understanding of mold chase processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
