WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting and editing content for internal and external communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and website content.
- Media Relations: Support the communication team in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Monitor media coverage and create media reports.
- Social Media Management: Help in managing and updating the company's social media platforms with engaging content, responding to inquiries, and analyzing social media performance metrics.
- Internal Communication: Assist in developing and implementing internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and events.
- Event Support: Collaborate with the corporate communication team in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
- Branding and Collateral: Contribute to maintaining consistent branding across various communication materials, including brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify communication trends, best practices, and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Crisis Communication: Support the team in developing communication strategies during potential crisis situations, ensuring clear and timely messaging.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
- Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative ideas for communication initiatives.
- Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Demonstrated interest in corporate communication and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
