About the Role:
As a Senior Treasury Analyst at LMAX Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Treasury operations to minimize FX risk, maximize funding revenue, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for executing various tasks related to prime broker relationship management, settlements, and back-office operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of LMAX Global's Treasury department. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and other Treasury team members, to communicate and address swaps and funding matters effectively. You will also have the opportunity to develop and enhance Treasury management information (MI) reporting, providing valuable insights into funding revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, you will have the chance to lead by example, coaching and developing Treasury analysts to achieve their full potential. Your role will involve assisting in external audits and continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Minimizing FX risk through prime broker (PB) position rolls
• Ensuring trades and positions are reconciled with PB
• Settlements with PB; brokerage, treasury and deliverable • Maximizing funding revenue by managing client funding bands, swap points and position skews
• Responsible for swaps and funding back office Treasury operations for LMAX Global
• Communicating any swaps and funding matters to other Treasury team members as necessary as well as escalating to COO/Sales teams as needed
• Developing Treasury MI reporting particularly in relation to funding revenue / KPI’s and ensuring regular production • Escalation of appropriate matters to the Treasury Mangers
• Validating PB charges
• Prime Broker (PB) relationship management and communications
• 3rd party trade (MT4) reconciliations oversight

Experience Required:
• Sound academic track record
• Experience in and understanding of leveraged financial trading and swap products
• Understanding of FCA CASS rules and adhering to TCF guidelines
• Advanced level in Excel
