The Human Resource Executive will assist the HR Manager in executing HR functions related to the recruitment, engagement, performance, development, and retention of talent within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
· Assist in overseeing the talent management framework and performance appraisal processes.
· Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and guidelines.
· Help prepare monthly payroll, including the processing of statutory claims and filing of income tax.
· Administer and oversee leave matters and insurance claims.
· Facilitate reporting procedures related to employee discipline and grievances.
· Maintain and update employee movement records and databases.
· Prepare and deliver timely HR data and reports as needed.
· Manage employees’ expense claims.
· Oversee office administration tasks, including seasonal parking, stationery, and pantry supplies.
· Perform additional HR and office administration duties as assigned.
· Familiarity with payroll software, specifically QuickHR, is preferred.
