Job Scope

What your daily role looks like

Working Arrangement

• 5 Day Work Week (Monday - Friday / Tuesday - Saturday)

Daily administrative tasks for tuition support operations

• Assist in the daily operations of the tuition center, including scheduling, student registration, and data entry.
• Ensure digital teaching materials and internal data resource are organised
• Support in preparing classrooms for lessons (arranging materials, ensuring equipment is functional)
• Documenting, mapping out your workflow and integrating it with the larger picture.
• Handle any other administrative duties as assigned by the Center Manager.
  

Assist with the development of in-house materials and curriculum

• Assist in developing and updating learning materials (worksheets, lesson plans, quizzes) for primary and secondary school levels.
• Collaborate with tutors to align curriculum materials with MOE (Ministry of Education) standards and syllabus.
• Research and suggest innovative teaching aids or materials that enhance the learning experience.
• Review and refine existing curriculum content based on feedback from students and tutors.
  

Other Duties

• Support tutors during lessons, as needed.
• Assist with events, workshops, or activities organized by the tuition center.
• Contribute to social media content creation related to educational material (optional).
