Job Description:

· Provide aftersales technical support;

· Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve common issues raised by customers;

· Escalate urgent or critical issues to programmer team;

· Handle inbound call, WhatsApp chat group and emails from customers;

· Handle customer queries and requests, and explain as layman’s term;

· Takes ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through resolution;

· Maintain ticket updates and provide timely updates to customers;

· Maintain and contribute to the Knowledge Bank used by the Technical Support team;

· Prepare user manual for customers;

· Aggregate and provide key customer insights and serve as a liaison between customers and Software Engineering/Product Development team

· Able to pick up IT-related skill set that will be useful

· Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner to meet expected turnaround time.

Requirements:

· At least Professional Certificate/NITEC in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;

· Experienced in providing technical support for applications as Tier/ Level 1 for at least 1 year;

· Responsible and strong attention to detail;

· Polite and Customer service oriented;

· Good communication skill using English to customers as well as colleagues;

As a fast-growing IT solution company, we are currently looking for IT project coordinator to join our project team, responsible for the entire project lifecycle from gathering customer’s requirements until final delivery, under the direction of the project manager.

Responsibilities:

· Primarily responsible for co-ordination between client and programmer team to ensure the project is delivered based on the agreed specifications and within the timeline;

· Work closely with programmer team to ensure the requirements gathered are realistic and implementable;

· Test the developed functions and make sure all errors/bugs are fixed before delivering to client;

· Effectively communicate project status to clients and maintain a good relationship with clients;

· Prepare project documentations, eg. project progress report, Software Requirement Specs documents, UAT report, project final delivery report, user manual, etc.

Requirement:

· Diploma or degree holder with at least 1-year experience in IT software project coordinating

· Knowledge in software development and web technologies will be an advantage

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
