We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations General Manager to lead our operations team and support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in achieving operational excellence across all locations. This role will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage multi-unit teams, and drive financial performance and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, compliance management, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the COO in Strategic Execution: Act as the second-in-command to the COO, overseeing daily operations of all restaurant locations and implementing company-wide strategies.
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage restaurant managers across multiple locations to ensure consistent quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue growth to meet profitability targets.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Elevate the guest experience by ensuring exceptional service standards and swiftly resolving any escalated customer issues.
- Compliance Management: Maintain full compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all outlets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the COO and senior management to develop and implement growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Talent Development: Mentor, train, and develop managerial staff to build a high-performing team culture and support their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Preferred 8-10 years of experience in a senior operational role within the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of managing multi-unit operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance at multiple levels, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L analysis, cost control, and budget management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, with experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
