The Service Manager is responsible for the managing and servicing of medium scale projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements.

He/She will also oversee and optimize the service operations for the clients.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Project Manager for government projects
• Competent in Video Conferencing System i.e. Cisco unified communication
• Competent in IT Security Management and IT security compliance and QA management
• Competent in service management, configuration management, incident management stakeholder management and vendor management.
• Presentation to key project stakeholders
• Strong communication to the various stakeholders ensuring tasks is carried out efficiently.
• Proper service documentation creation and archival.

Service Management

• Manage and prioritize service requests, dispatching technicians appropriately and monitoring progress to meet service level agreements
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service department performance, and continuously work to improve and exceed targets

Customer/ Vendor Management

• Negotiate with vendors and across teams to ensure adequate resources are available during various phases of the project
• Build relationships with users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with systems implementation
• Manage contracts and subcontractors
• Negotiate with customers on change request effort, schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs
• Clear and open communication with customers on project issues or clarifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years as a Service Delivery/Project Manager
• Strong experiences managing Infrastructure, Engineering and/or Security projects
• Familiar with government environment and processes is a plus.
• Able to work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
• Strong knowledge in process improvement methodologies and tools
• ITIL and / or PMP certification is a plus
• Has a Customer-focused mindset

A Software Quality Assurance Engineer will test the projects delivered by VITG group in NCS Digital division which include but not only VA Gateway, VAP Gateway, VMS Gateway system. We are looking for experienced and motivated senior software quality assurance. And this role demands highly developed tactical and strategic skills as a senior QA is expected to participate actively in continual improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Define test strategy and test plan based on software development plan for the projects
• Oversees and actively participates in test execution and the development of testing artefacts, including: performance test requirements, defect tracking and reporting, performance test plans, cases, scripts, reports, etc. for assigned projects
• Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system
• Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions
• Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process
• Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitation, capability, performance requirement and hardware interface changes

Requirements:

Primary Purpose

Responsible for planning, designing, installing, maintaining, testing & implementing systems in accordance to specifications & service level. Maintain the system and ensure changes are carried out proper assessment and testing, and meets the expected system availability, performance, security and stability. Perform regular patching and upgrade to ensure the system is compliant to security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, install, test & implement systems in accordance to specifications & service level. Where relevant, perform the necessary system programming & configuration.
• Manage systems changes through established change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures.
• Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability.
• Monitor the agreed service level (.e.g. service request, system availability), document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
