• To handle matters such as Sub-Sale, Developer’s Project, Loan Documentation and conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision
• Assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements / online adjudication / CKHT submissions
• Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties
• Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete jobs within timeline
• Able to follow instruction, responsible, proactive & work independently 

Job Requirements:

• Responsible with good working attitude, punctual and good attendance
• Ability to work as a team & having willingness to learn
• With or without working experience (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
• Basic skill and knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel
• Experienced in conveyancing would be an added advantage
• Immediate availability is preferable

• Familiar with areas of laws/legislations such as company law, contracts law, land law, mergers and acquisitions, sales of goods act, consumer protection act
• Familiar with business-related matters, such as property development contracts, business agreements, shareholder agreements, due diligence, debt recovery, etc
• Familiar with general litigation matters
