1) Specialization in the financial and contractual aspects of company’s construction projects and maintenance projects
2) Attending site show rounds and tender interviews
3) Translating drawings to detail quantities, taking of measurements using software
4) Preparing information on cost of materials & plants, sourcing of sub-contractors and suppliers
5) Advising on choice of materials & construction techniques
6) Preparing tender & contract documents including bills of quantities
7) Examining tenders & preparing tender reports
8) Negotiating of rates with contractors / sub-contractors
9) Advising project team regarding with contractual matters
10) Managing and controlling of cost and budget
11) Performing site measurements, valuing work in progress, preparing monthly progress claim and sub-contractors payment certification, evaluation of contract variation orders
12) Preparing the final account on completion of the contract works
13) Executing pre & post contract administrative works and assisting in project management
14) Working as a member of team involving owner / developer, architects, consultants, company’s project team, sub-contractors and suppliers
