Job Description: Internship/Part time Customer Service Specialist(B2B)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with simple inquiries related to payment products and services via email, phone, or live chat (not call centre and very low volume only).
• Provide guidance on the use of digital payment platforms (Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa, etc.).
• Support the onboarding process for new merchants, including documentation and initial onsite setup assistance.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Assist in creating support content, such as FAQs and user guides, to improve the customer experience.
• Simple Ad-hoc.
Requirements:
• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communication, Fintech or related fields.
• To assist senior cashiers who may only speak Mandarin.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with customer service, preferably in the tech or payment solutions industry, is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
