Job Purpose/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Global Ethics & Compliance, with a focus on Global Training and Awareness, to join our team. This role will have strategic responsibility for developing and implementing an effective risk based global ethics and compliance training program that promotes a culture of integrity and compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in ethics and compliance, and a proven track record in designing and delivering engaging training, communication, and brand programs. This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Global Compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Ethics & Compliance training strategy that aligns with the company's values, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training materials and programs, utilizing a variety of formats including e-learning, webinars, workshops, and in-person sessions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to assess training needs, and customize programs to address specific risks, roles, regions, and business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ethics and compliance training program, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of global compliance regulations and trends to ensure training content is current, relevant, and effective in mitigating risks.
- Develop and implement a brand strategy to foster a positive culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization, promoting awareness and understanding of ethical standards and compliance obligations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board on the progress and effectiveness of the training programs.
- Collaborate with the Legal and HR departments to ensure alignment of the ethics and compliance training with overall company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering effective training and awareness programs in multi-national companies. Experience in developing effective Ethics & Compliance Training & Awareness programs is highly desired.
