• 規劃、協調和監控分包商在專案現場的活動。
• 保持良好的內務管理。
• 確保所有工作均依照圖面、規格、施工計畫、程序作業指導書等進行。
• 審查和監控現場工作效率並根據需要安排資源。
• 確保按照檢查和測試計劃進行檢查和測試，並使用所有品質控制機制，其結果符合規範。
• 向管理層報告專案進度。
• 協調/主持內部協調會議。
• 承擔上級指示的任何及所有其他職責和責任。
