About the Role
As HR Manager you will be responsible to drive and oversee various aspects of people and culture management within the organisation where the overall objective is to maximize productivity through work with our human capital as well as ensuring effective HR service delivery. The variety of tasks is immense and will foster operational, tactical and strategical thinking.
The role reports to Director – Head of HR.

The incumbent can expect to play a pivotal role in HR digitalization transformation and support to identify opportunities for digitalization and drive the implementation and management of HR systems effectively and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
· Manage manpower planning on short-, medium- and long-term plans to fulfill resource requirements.
· Regular monitoring and reporting on resource activities and review actual manpower movements against planned to ensure that plans are adhered to, and variations are identified, and the necessary action is taken.
· Ensure a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions is always maintained; manage job description development process for any new position are adhered with the respective hiring managers.
- Keep abreast of HR manpower planning methods and techniques providing recommendations for adapting and improving TPC’s utilized methods for higher efficiencies.
- Manage full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates including conducting background checks and employment verifications.
- Develop, evolve and monitor performance management framework and processes, ensuring continuous engagement, ownership and growth mindset to people managers and employees in the organization .
- Drive continuous process improvements in all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Responsible for driving leadership development programs and support people managers build effective people management skills.
- Support to develop and implement strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Support to develop and maintain pipeline of talent for critical roles, fostering a culture of continuous development, and ensuring business continuity.
- Develop, implement, review and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Support management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Assist actively in cultivating and actively contributing and enhancing employee engagement to foster positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support in global mobility management
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance employer branding and build strong relationships with universities.
- Organise and participate in university campus recruitment events, job fairs and career workshops.
- Perform other duties as assigned including special projects, cross-functional collaboration, and support for other HR initiatives as needed.
- Further develop the HR function to continuously be a preferred, strong and reliable business enabler and sparring partner for the organization

Profile
The successful candidate in this role is believed to be a seasoned HR professional with passion for both operational and strategic HR. You should have a strong knowledge of employment practices in Singapore, from within a multinational company. As a European headquartered company, the HR strategy and initiatives are inspired by progressive, employee centric ideas including growth mindset and continuous learning.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 6 years of proven experience in HR Management with a focus on strategic HR business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and able to balance expectations of multiple stakeholders and effective at delivering outcomes.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
· Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Oracles HRM system and HR analytics is a plus.
