Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business development plans and sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Engage with business partners, suppliers, and vendors to secure new business agreements.
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries, proposals, and tenders.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and financial modeling to inform decisions.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, developing solutions and preparing reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new market and business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on market development, competitor information, and related activities.
- Prepare sales visit and activity reports weekly or as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve individual and company objectives.
- Support marketing activities at trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Undertake any additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering effective sales presentations.
