Design & Planning Stage:

• Preparing initial cost estimates from sketch designs.
• Cost appraisal and advice, financial feasibility studies, cost comparison of designs in relation to client’s budget.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities from advanced drawings.

Tendering Stage:

• Preparing tender / contract documents - Conditions of Contract, Form of Building Contract, Specifications, Tender Form, Drawings and Bills of Quantities.
• Tender administration - Evaluation of submitted bids and selecting the best contractor for the project.

Contract Administration Stage:

• Visiting the site on a regular basis to take measurements of work in progress.
• Assist in contract administration
• Preparing progress claims and liaise with clients on claims and variation costs
• Accounting for materials on site.
• Obtaining quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities
• Preparing Bills of Remeasurements.
• Preparing cashflow and cost reports
• Ensuring and enforcing contractor compliance with contract clauses. Handling disputes between contractor and client.
• Preparing the Final Account.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Building Construction, Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveyor (Construction Precast)
• Candidates with relevant experience as subcontractor with relevant Construction Quantity Surveyor (Precast) will be an advantage
• Good communicationa and coordination skills

Role and Responsibilities:

· Understand and handle drafting assignments with minimal supervision.

· Prepare Architectural and Structural Shop drawings

· Review drawings for completeness and accuracy

· BIM Modelling skills is additional

· Prepare Architectural and Structural Shop drawings status reports.

· Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.

· Maintain proper record for drawings and information

· Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer

· Reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to productions, vendors, engineers, etc

· Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed

Requirement:

· Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering or a Professional certificate

· Minimum 2 year of drafting experience on Construction Industry, preferably in precast industry

· Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent, meticulous and technologically forward-looking

· Good communication skills and a team player

· With problem solving skill and able to multitask

· Proficient with AutoCAD & Revit

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handling on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submission,
• Oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried out according to master program
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against Master program
• Risk management - identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability
• To update progress timely to manager/management
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
• To manage the construction process & attend site meeting, cover site activities and documents
• Ensuring supervisors & foremen meet clients’ regulatory work requirements.
• Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times
• Site inspections and coordination
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time

Requirement:

• Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Construction Management.
• At least 2 years of on-site management experience is required, and can independently manage the construction site
• Proven track record in Project Engineering in construction industry.
• Good communication skills, and leadership.
• Able to multitask, process of problem solving skill

Role and Responsibilities:

· Define Project Scope, develop comprehensive project plan, managing schedule, monitor and track the progress, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.

· Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion

· Reviewing in collaboration with the Client and Project Team, the adequacy of the development plan

· Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions

· Monitoring all necessary applications for planning and building approvals with government bodies

· Risk management - identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability

· Lead project teams, manage resources, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.

· Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the construction team

· Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations

· Maintain health and safety standards

· Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management

Requirement:
