We are a pastry manufacture in Singapore.
• Perform quality control checks and generate QC/Halal reports for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards in accordance to SFA ISO22000 and MUIS regulations
• Perform sensory evaluation for incoming raw materials to ensure consistent quality and for product improvement
• Conduct quality control and Halal inspection for customer feedback
• Perform regular internal and external product quality control and monitor their quality so as to provide timely feedback to category/supplier for improvement
• Compile/archive QC/Halal report related documents
• Assist to maintain, source and purchase QC equipment and consumables when required
• Assist sales or other departments with product specification, certification and quality related document requests
• Assist to liase with Halal/ISO Authority on inspection and renewal of Related Certification.
• Assist on planning and executing Audit schedules
• Assist in daily operation
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the food industry QC/R&D environment and familiar with ISO22000 and Halal certifications
• Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated & methodical

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
