Distribution Services Agent is responsible for supporting Supervisor to drive the growth of each product and service within the district as well as driving collaboration with the network. Distribution services agent at entry and lead agent level positions help to maintaining consistency an on-going pipeline of customers.
Tasks and Duties
Perform all daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing, and filing.
Handle all customers’ feedback, requests, and complaints effectively and escalate/ report to superior accordingly. Perform and dispatch all invoicing/billing to customer on time.
Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of inventory in systems.
Collect and compile date for measurement of key performance indicators.
Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.
Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.
To take up additional tasks as required meeting the Department needs.
