Responsibilities:
· Manage Pre-tender to post-contract stages
· Preparing contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost, estimates and managing cost information
· Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
· Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement
· To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
· Take-off quantity for projects
· Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors
· Price comparison and costing summary
Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
· Minimum 3 years of experience in an interior renovation or construction company.
· Responsible and able to work under tight schedule
· Competent in software skills such as MS Office
· Meticulous, independent, highly motivated and able to work well in a team
· Able to handle stressful tender deadline
