Job Description

• Oversee full spectrum of HR portfolio, first point of contact with employees and external partners
• Responsible for the full scope of daily HR operational and administrative activities, including on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation & benefits, organization effectiveness and people development, performance management system, recruitment, and employee relations
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Involve in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to internal and statutory regulations
• Advise management on employment standards and legislation where needed
• Responsible for payroll administration, bank submission, CPF and IR8A
• Manage all foreign workers work pass – application to cancellation and IR21 clearance upon resignation
• Responsible for Government Paid Leave Submissions and Surveys
• Plan, administer and coordinate training and development needs of employee including updating of training records
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Effective time management and organisational skills

Job Description

Account Serving:

• Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets within a specific territory.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new accounts through regular follow-ups, in-person meetings with presentations, sales proposals, and quotations.
• Act as the main point of contact for managing all aspects of customer relationships, including handling inquiries, providing services, and delivering information.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of communication and execution of promotions across assigned accounts.

Business Development:

• Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects and evaluating customers' businesses and requirements.
• Analyze sales options, provide cost calculations, and recommend solutions to customers to meet assigned targets.
• Regularly communicate sales performance, competitor activities, and market intelligence to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics) to contribute to team performance and effort.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Optometry, or a related field.
• Optometrist will be preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record and a passion for sales.
• Experience in the Optical and/or FMCG industry will be advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual who is results-oriented, proactive, and possesses problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and/or manufacturing role in FMCG or equivalent

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Operations or equivalent

- Proven track record in management experience at managerial level

- Good people-management skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Must be able to motivate team to work towards achieving targets/expectations

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines

· Box design, lens and colour lens design, brochure design and packaging development

· Create detailed scaled cosmetic contact lenses design/artwork of a variety of concepts for internal and external clients

· Learn and understand the process of cosmetic contact lenses manufacturing and engineering to design feasible artwork with practical applications

· Interfaces with clients (internal and external) to understand project objectives and translate them into creative deliverables

· Interacts with production, material suppliers and printing providers-when appropriate- to coordinate deliverables and projects

· Efficiently prepares files for both electronic and print usage

· Designs contents/communication materials for a variety of internal and external campaigns, initiatives or projects (e.g. brochures, posters, ads, banners, web content, etc.)

· Manage new product launches from concept to launch

· Work closely with the Project Manager to create and update project timelines to support on time product strategy, including all aspects of creative, packaging, regulatory, testing, R&D and manufacturing. Keep detail records per project noting due dates provided and actual completion date for post-mortem project review to identify any bottlenecks within the process

· Coordinate item code setup

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including copy approval, design, and information required within the required release date

· Review all pre-production samples (PPS) new product development team members

· Keeps a strong pulse on the latest marketing/fashion trends. Ability to interact with and request samples and technical information from outside vendors and manufacturers as required

· Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
