Job Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end & year-end closing activities;
• Handling partial/full set of accounts;
• Prepare and submit GST returns;
• Monitor and post all incoming payments to customer accounts;
• Prepare monthly debtors reconciliation and statement of accounts;
• Manage accounts payable & receivables functions include verifying supplier invoices,
• initiating payment, data entry, AR aging and report;
• Maintenance and reconciliation of creditor/debtor ledger.
• Enter accurate data into the accounting system;
• Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management’s use;
• Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system;
• Prepare annual audit report, if required;
• Prepare and submit claims such NS claims, grants and other;
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents;
• Handle SOP for goods purchases;
• Manage monthly sales & expenditure accounts;
• Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min. Accounting Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
• At least 2 years of experience in similiar role
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
• Willing to work for a group of companies
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin
• Working location is at Changi area

Responsibilites:

* Attend to walk-in customers and handle all sales enquiries;

* Provide professional advice according to the customer's needs & desires;

* Successfully create business from new & existing customer accounts;

* Identify & qualify leads leading to sales opportunities;

* Perform cold calling to potential customers;

* Build rapport & establish long term relationships with customers;

* Meet & exceed sales targets;

* Work closely with Project & Marketing Teams;

* Maintain showroom standard & condition and products display;

* Ensure good system performance in the showroom.

Requirements:

~ GCE ‘0’ level/Diploma/Degree

~ Min. 3 years sales experience, preferably in selling luxury products;

~ Good sales track record;

~ Meticulous with high level of initiative and integrity;

~ Excellent communication and presentation skills;

~ Self motivated, confident, passionate and reliable;

~ Excellent spoken and written English;

~ Mandarin language is essential to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.

~ Strong social media background will be an added advantageous;

~ Able to commence work immediately or with short notice, preferably.

Handling partial set of accounts;

· Assist and support in the monthly and yearly closing process

· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately;

· Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports;

· Assist in preparation and reconciliation of GST returns;

· Issue Invoices, Quotation PO, Vouchers, handle paper work & filing job;

· Data entries into Accounting system;

· Assist in accounts payable and receivable

` Monitor incoming funds & outstanding accounts;

· Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

· Min. GCE ’N’ or Accounting Diploma

· Min. 2-3 years relevant experience;

· Competent with MS Office Word, Powerpoint;

· Good at using laptop computer;

· Able to work with minimum supervision;·

· Able to speak fluent with Mandarin speaking colleagues;

· Good working attitude and able to multi-task;

· Honest, good working attitude, committed, reliable and a fast learner.
