Responsibilities:
· Oversee business development, identify new market opportunities, drive overall sales growth in APAC.
· Customise, implement and monitor marketing and sales strategies for application in each country.
· Build relationships with key accounts and property developers, construction companies, etc.
· Gather market information on turnkey projects, new constructions and take ownership of such projects to see them successfully concluded
· Identify and develop new accounts
· Stay abreast of market developments, trends, competitor activities, products etc and take necessary course of action
· Achieve assigned sales quota in designated market and meet assigned expectations for profitability
Requirements:
· Willingness to travel within the APAC region when it is safe to do so
· Recognised Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
· Min. 5 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing and / or distributor management
· Experience in construction or building material industries is advantageous but not a must
· Overseas experience is preferred
· Working knowledge in sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management, reporting and analyses, territory management and incentive compensation
· Capacity to formulate a compelling sales strategy for the organisation and translating that strategy into compelling messages that the team can understand and execute
· Awareness of key marketplace and industry trends within APAC
