Job Description:

-Perform set-ups, operates and maintains the printing machines with minimum downtime and interventions

-Follow production schedules and ensure printing output is met

-Perform Quality inspect for the materials and the finished products in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)

-Troubleshoot equipment issues and work closely with maintenance team in solving equipment malfunctions and abnormalities

-Maintain and updating of printing records (finished product are recorded accordingly and timely)

-Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the production floor and machine

-Process and crop/edit of photos received for the day

-Do day end closing

-Generate daily production reports for signing

-Other duties / ad hoc task as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements:
-Secondary School/O Level/Professional Certificate/Nitec

-Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

-Good interpersonal skills

-Self-Motivation and self-starting

• Provide technical support to our team of engineers & other departments when required
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at customer site
• Perform site reviews, surveys and inventory checks to ensure equipment and systems are in working order
• Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Engineering
• Good observation and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Familiarity in troubleshooting techniques
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Class 2B/3 driving license and have own transport is a plus

Job Description
-To develop and carry out new business operational plans
-Assists the HOD in various aspects of operational/sales/service-related activities.
-To provide administrative support and maintain the documents of the project team
-To administer project correspondence and liaise with customer, main contractors and suppliers
-Assist Finance in Accounts Receivable collection
