Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
· Monitor project progress, manage and update master program.
· Prepare and submit progress claims, VOs.
· Liaise with site staff, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers.
· Apply mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge to address project challenges.
· Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
· Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
· Provide regular project updates, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
· Foster positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction and project success.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· > 3 years experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical projects.
· Strong technical background with the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in project management tools and software.
