• Handle full set of accounts, and responsible for monthly closing and financial year end closing
• Perform bank reconciliations for company bank accounts (USD & SGD)
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Issue and manage DO and invoice
• Responsible for all duties related to Human Resources
• Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission
• Handle GST submission
• Responsible of IRAS AIS, IR8A, IR21
• MOM WPOL/EPOL/OFWAS matter
• Handle staff & worker salary, remuneration, leave & other matters etc
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare for ISO documentation and certification
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in full set accounting
• Preferred UBS Inventory and UBS Accounting software

• Operate precision CNC turning/milling machine
• Perform CAD/CAM programming
• Interpret Engineering Drawings and Feature of Control Symbols
• Simple setting up of work piece and tooling set up
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Able to handle 8" to 12" chuck CNC Turn/Mill Machine, Fanuc control

• Proficient in Quality Consciousness with the ability to meet productivity goals
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre
