What you will be working on:

• Familiar with WSH Act, Fire Safety Act and ISO 45001, ISO14001, SS651 so as to ensure compliance to these requirements, including Statutory Equipment & Licenses.
• Ensure that the EHS Management Systems are implemented, maintained, and compliant with all applicable local legislation.

• Provide maintenance support including backups & restores, patches deployment, system performance tuning and issue troubleshooting
• Perform systems migrations, upgrades & integration with other systems
• Ensure database servers security for database engine and OS level to meet IT security compliance
• Perform database capacity planning for business growth
• Participate and support regular Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise by performing the database recovery and identify, document and close the gaps in the recovery and ensure relevant DR documentations are updated regularly.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years good experience in in SAP Basis, Portal, and Oracle Database administration
• Experience with database administration in Unix and Windows environment a must
• Certified Informix DBA or Certified MS SQL DBA an advantage
• Certified in other OLTP & OLAP databases an advantage
• SAP Basis Certification is an advantage

What you will be working on:

• Troubleshoot AMHS equipment-related problems (Basic recovery/Parts replacement).
• Handling of Material Controlling System (MCS)
• Identifying various AMHS, conveyor choke points for production and provide alternative route/solution to minimize the impact.

We’re searching for a Senior/Principal Engineer to be part of our Photo Process (Metrology) department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to sustain and improve all metrology tools and recipe indices to meet operations goals

What you will be working on:

• Monitor metrology performance indices on qualified tools and recipes and establish good controls to maintain metrology performance
• Oversee and ensure that all metrology tools and recipes for quality indices are met
• Improve on qualified tools and recipe using quality improvement tools
• Troubleshoot out-of-control situations due to measure errors, optimize recipe settings to reduce measurement errors
• Troubleshoot metrology issues, establish CAS, specifications for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes
• Work as a team with both equipment and manufacturing Engineers to meet module objectives
• Work with both internal and external customers to improve measurement automation and accuracy

More About You:

• Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• At least 4 to 8 years relevant (Hitachi SEM, KLA5300 and Archer overlay tools) experience preferred for Principle Engineer
• Those with 2 – 5 years of relevant (Hitachi SEM, KLA5300 and Archer overlay tools) experience will be considered for Senior Engineer Position

We’re searching for a Associate Engineer to be part of our IE&CE Advanced Mechatronics Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Fault identification, repair and refurbish on component of any of the categories: Turbo pump, Cryo pump, LPT, Indexer, Robot, RPS, Valve, Chiller, Heat Exchanger, Smith Loaders, Electronics/PCBs/Controller, RF Gen, RF Match, LPS, Power Supply
• Conduct acceptance tests on repaired part such that its functionality is repeatable and reproducible to ensure good quality
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer is conducted and supervise Industrial Attachment (IA) students
• Provide support to module Equipment Engineers and perform repairs for semiconductor production equipment and parts in cleanroom environment, on ad-hoc basis
• Adhere to SOP when performing repairs to ensure best quality and to strive to achieve 95% repair success rate
• Perform inventory control on consumables and spare parts used in repair workshop
• Source and liaise with vendors for quotations of required parts and follow up on delivery timeline
• Ensure workplace safety is practiced at all times

More about you:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Engineering (Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Expertise in either soldering, pumps, valves or strong knowledge in Microelectronics
• Able to perform circuit board repair and component level troubleshooting skills
