Job Summary:We are looking for a Quality Technician to conduct visual and dimensional inspections in a cleanroom environment using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other tools to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using CMM and precision measurement tools.
- Document inspection results and report non-conformities.
- Assist in developing quality assurance processes.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on quality issues.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality inspection in a cleanroom setting.
- Proficient in CMM and precision measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- At least 2-3 years of similar experience in manufacturing or semi conductor environment.
