Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advertising Specialist - Addressable Manager to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital media advertising campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising landscapes, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving results. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our digital presence, driving client success, and contributing to our overall business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and advertising objectives.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular reporting on campaign performance.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients, aligning advertising strategies with their overarching marketing objectives.
Business Strategy:
Contribute to the development of comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Team Leadership:
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, promoting a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Financial Management:
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across various digital channels to achieve maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on campaign spend, providing insights into budget utilization and recommendations for optimization.
Campaign Execution:
Develop and execute end-to-end digital advertising strategies across search engines, social media platforms, and programmatic networks.
Conduct thorough audience research to identify key segments and tailor advertising messages accordingly.
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including setting up targeting parameters, bid strategies, and ad creatives.
Perform A/B testing and data analysis to continually refine and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and relevant ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics in real-time, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve campaign goals.
Stay informed about changes to ad platforms, algorithms, and policies that could impact campaign performance or strategy.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Performance Measures:
Achievement of campaign KPIs, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Effective budget management and allocation, ensuring campaigns operate within established financial parameters.
Ability to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions and emerging trends.
Client satisfaction scores and feedback.
Growth and development of team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
Australian Citizens and permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on search, social, or programmatic campaigns.
Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic ad platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns that delivered measurable results with budgets in excess of $1M.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
