Job scope comprises of the following:-
· Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Handling general accounting tasks
· General administrative task & support
· Administering Payroll & maintaining employee records
· Handle MOM matters including work pass application/renewal/cancellation
· Workers dormitory arrangement
· Coordinate with training & Development.
· Administer leave / MC records.
· Monthly CPF submission.
· Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
· Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
· License renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
· Process good organization, communication and people's skills
· Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.
