• Experienced in interior design firms
• Proficient in AutoCAD software
• Site coordination  & supervise multiple projects
• Work closely with designers and contractors to ensure projects site progress on track
• Time & Cost control 
• Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented

Requirements:

• Candidate MUST be able to speak and write in Mandarin as we need to deal with clients and suppliers from China.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in relevant field
• Possess own transport
• Problem-solving skills with minimum supervision
• Candidate with basic handy skills such as plumbling, drilling and/or DIY appliances installation will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor site operational and supervisory work at the site, liaise closely with clients, sub-contractors.
• Responsible for site activities, progress, quality, and safety.
• Work closely with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and related departments to solve site problems.
• Ensure the quality of work is carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, work instructions and etc.
• Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
• Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring, and control of construction works.
• Supervising on-site workers’ performance and monitoring their productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare site daily report

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Interior Design,Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Skills in Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Managing Profitability, Delegation, Supply Management, Civil Project Management, Estimating.
• Ability to work independently at the site.
• Quality Focus.
• Able to communicate with all level of sites personnel

Job Description:

• Tender and contract review
• Prepare and monitor project budget for cost control purposes
• Progress claim and payment collections
• Skilled knowledge in civil engineering project costing and cost evaluation.
• Work evaluation and progress claim preparation and submission.
• Perform taking off quantities from drawings of buildings or bridges
• Assist tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration

Qualification & Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Sciences or  Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in buildings or bridges construction
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player and adaptable to dynamic environments
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
