- Facilitate effective communication between project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all activities comply with company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Process and track project invoices and payments to ensure timely financial management.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
Handle the procurement of materials and services, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain comprehensive project logs and records for easy reference and auditing.
- Support the project team in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes, and other legal or regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency with office management software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:
This role is primarily office-based but may require occasional visits to construction sites. It demands flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and deadlines, ensuring smooth operations across all project phases.
