Job Description 

1. Responsible for accounting, tax, auditing, investments and other related matters for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and any other foreign entities as required.
2. Handle full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
3. Proficiency in handling AP and AR entries and reconciliation
4. Process all petty cash payments, prepare and issue payments.
5. Process invoices, prepare payments and data entry posting.
6. Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions
7. Check, verify and process staff claims, petty cash reimbursement & others as required.
8. Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts and resolve problems as needed
9. Organise accounts document and assist in administrative matter.
10. Liaise with Company Secretary, auditors, tax agents and bankers. 
11. Provide insightful information and expectations to management and Board of Directors to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. 
12. Prepare and review financial data, schedules and reporting. 
13. Present reports as required by board members, stakeholders, executives, clients and vendors. 
14. Perform supervisory role and verify/check subordinates’ work.
15. Handle all dealings with government regulatory bodies & other statutory requirements and ensure compliance
16. Any other tasks assigned by Head of Finance. 

Qualification: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Finance Executive position or Audit. 
• ACCA or equivalent. 
• Good technical skills and hands-on experience in areas of accounting and tax. 
• Strong sense of urgency towards deadlines. 
• Able to handle full set accounts and multiple company accounts. 
• Good literacy in using Microsoft words, Excel application, Power Point.
• Internet savvy and able to use Zoom, skype etc.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Exposure and knowledge on regional (Singapore, Indonesia) business practices and corporate matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION (RESUME IS COMPULSORY)

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.

• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity within a shared services set-up.

• Highly committed and able to work independently.

• Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.
