Responsibilities:
• Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail. Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with leads convert to successful and happy customers.
• Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables-Drawings, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ.
• Your responsibilities will range from design briefing to client, validation of requirements to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
• Be the voice and educate clients about our revolutionary interior design and execution capabilities. You will plan your design meeting with customers.
• Work closely with the client and ops team to ensure project execution goals are met.
• Supervision of Junior Interior Designer on project progression and project related matters.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or any relevant course
• You understand the full design process from pitching, design and execution.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas and present them effectively.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
• Experience in 3D modelling and rendering softwares is an added advantage.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
