工作職責：

• 積極尋找新客戶，培養購買化妝品/個人護理原料的興趣
• 與現有客戶建立並維持牢固的關係（B2B），確保客戶滿意度和保留率。
• 主動與現有和新客戶開發和識別新商機，以實現每月銷售 KPI
• 經常拜訪客戶，進行產品演示，並向客戶提出合適的建議。
• 向管理層提供有關專案管道機會、銷售業績、市場趨勢和競爭對手活動的定期報告
• 確保按照公司程序正確處理客戶訂單、監控客戶庫存變動並預測客戶訂單需求。
• 協助財務團隊處理逾期收款

職位要求：

• 候選人必須至少擁有一分鐘。化學/科學/生物技術學士學位或同等學歷
• 分鐘。 2 -3 年個人護理和化妝品原料銷售或研發化學家經驗。
• 所需語言：馬來語和英語。如果你會說普通話，那就是一個額外的優勢。
• 能夠獨立工作並具有強大的團隊合作精神。
• 良好的溝通技巧，能夠在各個層面進行有效互動
• 自我激勵、積極主動、足智多謀、良好的談判、人際互動和解決問題的能力。
• 參加培訓計劃和研討會，以提高銷售技能和產品知識。
• 需要在馬來西亞/新加坡境內旅行
