Job Responsibilities:-
▪ Develop and strategize campaign briefs, collaborating with the Brand Team to create Above the Line (ATL Marketing) and below the Line (BTL Marketing) communication materials for Corporate, Public Sector, and SME segments.
▪ Plan and strategize messaging and content marketing for different Enterprise Business segments to enhance awareness and build brand positioning across channels such as Print, Radio, TV, Digital, and On-ground.
▪ Manage content for the Enterprise Business website, digital channels, social media, and internal communications.
▪ Conduct insights and market research for relevant Enterprise segments.
▪ Ensure that all products and campaigns are tailored with the right messaging for the appropriate segments based on their insights.
▪ Oversee communications across internal and external channels.
Job Requirements:-
▪ Minimum of 10 years in marketing or related fields.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
▪ Strong background in Marketing Communications.
▪ Proven expertise in Brand Management.
▪ Experience in Web Management and Digital Marketing.
▪ Proficient in Project Management.
▪ Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
▪ Knowledge of Consumer Behavior and Customer Journeys.
▪ Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
▪ Strong analytical skills for market research and insights.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Proficiency in managing content across various platforms, including digital and social media.
