1. Responsible for full set of accounts, including timely submission of management accounts.
2. Prepare financial reports including schedules and cash flow to support key business decision making.
3. Partner internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate forecasts and budgets.
4. Prepare audit and tax schedules and liaise with auditor and tax agent for statutory reporting.
5. Manage intercompany reconciliation.
6. Quarterly submission of GST and other statutory reporting as required.
7. Support system implementation / improvements.
8. Support external and internal audits.
9. Preparation of financial statement for 2 entities.
10. Responsible for submission of financial reporting to regional HQ and HQ.
11. Other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Big Four global accounting firms will be preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic BC is added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of the FRS and relevant Accounting Standards, GST and local tax.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence internal and external stakeholder.
- Adopts an open mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates who has experience working in the construction industry will be preferred.
