Responsibilities
· Oversee and review works done by the finance team.
· Prepare and furnish timely and accurate monthly management reports and accompanying schedules.
· Prepare and furnish timely of quarterly group consolidated reporting.
· Assist in the review of the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal control and compliance.
· Prepare and submit GST return on quarterly basis.
· Prepare annual audited reports and XBRL for ACRA filing.
· Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget.
· Review corporate income tax computation and submission.
· Liaise with external auditors, company secretarial agent and tax agents.
· Carry out adhoc projects/tasks from time to time as required by the management.
Requirement
· Bachelor Degree in accountancy / Finance / ACCA qualification.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in related field.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Team plyer, meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines.
· Good problem solving and communication skills.
· Audit and commercial experiences advantageous.
· Experience/Knowledge of MYOB software.
