As a Staff Accountant/Office Manager, you will provide financial thought partnership to the Business Manager and Department Managers. Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure the dealership is operating within financial guardrails.
• Ensure financial processes are in place to support new or evolving business initiatives.
• Understand the manufacturer's Excellence Objectives and work with the Business Manager /GM to ensure achievement.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Responsible for accurate store financials with regular reviews of operational income statements, GL activity, schedules, and balance sheet accounts.
• Conduct quarterly physical Inventory: vehicles, parts, and supplies.

• Daily banking reports and reconciliations.

Contract Clerk responsibilities:

• Responsible for efficiently processing all contract-related documents associated with the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion and communication.
• Process all Car Deals daily
• Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in each deal
• Pull warranties and gaps from the deal for processing including cancellations
• Process all Payoffs on trades as soon as possible, including any payoff differences
• Process and follow all necessary steps for rollbacks
• Review sales documents, such as sales contracts, service contracts, and GAP to ensure proper completion and accuracy.
• Post funding, retail, and lease finance contracts to appropriate accounting schedules.
• Reconcile and balance designated accounts and schedules and identify any discrepancies.

Manage all field team's related supplies, including but not limited to coordinate the ordering, check and compare the freight cost before overseas pick-up, share the related information to shipper for smooth pick-up. Monitors and keep the requestor posted of goods arrived, update the Goods Receipt on Air Table and NetSuite. Manage the stocking of spare parts for multiple field locations with regular stock-take to ensure they are always in supply.

Check the Repairs quote regularly to ensure all the 'To Be Billed" is taken care of.

Check Purchases invoices against the PO raised, Verify and pass the information to finance for payment processing.

Responsible for tracking necessary documentations from clients.

Liaise with finance and clients pertaining to billing matters and yearly audit statement.

Tally Check the newly Awarded/Renewal Sales Contracts between Salesforce and NetSuite System to ensure the accuracy for smooth billing.

Supporting human resources with the onboarding experience of new hires

Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with divisions to ensure month/year-end close activities are being performed timely
• Ensure timely reporting of divisional monthly financial reports
• Provide analytical review of monthly financial performance, highlighting key variances and investigate exceptions
• Monitor fixed and variable costs to clearly understand cost drivers and improve budget marksmanship
• Review and provide input on financial related matters for funding request, quarterly project reporting and end of project reporting
• Detail monitoring and analysis of operating revenue, expenses and capital expenditure utilisation against budget and funding source
• Partner division and project team on monthly forecasts, annual budgets, revised budget submission including presentation to stakeholders for approval and recommend moderation where necessary
• Monitor fixed and variable costs to clearly understand cost drivers and improve budget marksmanship
• Ensure compliance of company policies, accounting standards, IMs and Government polices
• Ongoing engagement with business unit to stay updated on business developments
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationship with business unit
• Undertake ad hoc projects and analysis work or any other duties assigned when required
• Co-ordinate the preparation of divisional forecasts and annual budgets for review and approval
• Assist in implementation of Tableau Dashboard including data collation and wrangling of data on excel prior to upload of data to Tableau server.
• Verifying data that is transpose from current excel to Tableau and ensuring accuracy of dashboards
• Improvement to Tableau Dashboard including minor bug fixes as well as impact analysis of new requirements and features.
• Working with Finance Business Partners on day to day operations including financial analysis which will be use in data analysis in Tableau Dashboard (Cost Centre Variance Analysis)

Job requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or a relevant professional accounting qualification with at least 8 years of experience. Prior experience in Finance Business Partner, Audit and Technology company is preferred
• Sophisticated presentation and storytelling skills – build insightful presentation and effectively communicate business narrative to influence and become a trusted business partner
• Possess good organization skills, supervisory skills, initiatives and detailed oriented
• Strong team player, independent with excellent communication skills
• Meticulous, detailed and ability to prepare monthly management reports in a timely and effective manner
• Strong MS applications skills ( Power BI , Tableau. Programming knowledge will be an added advantage)
